A mentoring session that will address the various aspects of the challenges the academic world is now facing, focusing on how the pandemic has affected mentees and mentors.
We bring together 9 international recognized scientists who are actively developing novel optical imaging techniques, new molecular probes and/or novel analysis methods to investigate brain circuits at different levels.
Participants will get a full picture of the state of the art for Open Hardware microscopy and how systematic access to advanced science tools in education will support and expand the research minds of tomorrow.

The Neurospat is a study of spatial cognition, novelty processing and sensorimotor integration, composed of two principal experimental tasks: visual orientation and visuomotor tracking, plus additional, standardized electroencephalogram (EEG) tasks performed as a means of assessing general effects of the space station environment on EEG signals. ©ESA/NASA
This Symposium has been organised to bring together researchers from world-leading laboratories studying the elusive roles of NO signalling in the brain and will focus on physiological and pathological effects of this so-called Janus molecule.
We hope to welcome both scientists and clinicians as well as companies and patients. Note that the meeting will be wheelchair-accessible. Attendance is free but registration is mandatory: Deadline: June 15, 2022 For more information on the scientific program you can follow the registration link below.
The aim of this satellite event is to share recent European and international research on the impact of cancer and treatments on brain function, addressing neuropsychological, neurobiological, and pathophysiological mechanisms, towards the identification of predictive biomarkers and validation of prevention tools.
